Per the repo's own FINAL-GAP-ANALYSIS.md (Sprint 5 recommendation), these HIGH PRIORITY operational gaps vs pfSense/OPNsense remain:

  1. NAT64/DNS64 - IPv6 transition support (tayga + Unbound DNS64 + radvd PREF64)
  2. Gateway Groups - tiered multi-WAN failover, per-rule gateway selection, advanced load balancing (currently only basic multi-WAN failover exists)
  3. Diagnostic Tools UI - ping/traceroute/DNS lookup/port test are CLI-only, no web UI (packet capture is the only diagnostic tool with a UI so far)
  4. Status Pages - DHCP leases, gateway health, NTP status, and several other status pages are missing or too basic; only Prometheus metrics + captive portal status exist today

Filing as a tracked umbrella issue so it isn't lost - please break into separate issues/PRs as work starts on each.

Found during a real gap-analysis review, 2026-09-30 (the doc's "100% feature parity" framing should be read with the dashboard-stub findings above in mind - operational completeness is not yet there).
